LastPass has gone from incompetent to malicious, and I now consider this to be theft. This time though they've locked me out of my account by telling me that my computer is not recognised, and asking for a recovery code that they never send.

I've just received another email for this year telling me that LastPass are going to bill me for premium again, for the third year in a row after I've cancelled it and had confirmation from them. I got LastPass to confirm again that my premium account was closed, and deleted the Paypal payment, writing off the money. After going back and forth between LastPass and Paypal, neither of them would accept responsibility, and I lost my money. Stupidly, I trusted them and forgot to cancel the Paypal payment. The platform allows organizations to go passwordless by providing employees with passwordless login to their vault and the hundreds of web logins stored within. Two years ago they billed me for premium and took the payment through Paypal. Additionally, teams can set up password sharing folders, to share passwords securely. I switched away and set the account to the free tier while I made sure I still had access to everything. LastPass Enterprise also allows you to link your LastPass Personal account, allowing you to enter both your UW and Personal logins from the same interface, while keeping them separate. Three years ago I cancelled my premium account with them.
